HAZOP - Conclusions and Recommendations:
The success or failure of the HAZOP depends on several factors and some of them are as under:
a) An Experienced HAZOP chairman or consultant is mandatory for a successful HAZOP Study.
b) The completeness and accuracy of drawings and documents used as a basis for the study.
c) The technical competency of the team participating in the HAZOP study.
d) 360-degree view for each node during the analysis.
